Museum Educators Needed

Museum educators are part-time contract positions. 

You can also generate income by bringing in groups and providing museum-approved educational content. 

Qualifications and Duties

Qualifications:

​

Educators need to have 3 years experience teaching or working with children or other groups. 

​

Educators need to provide proof of background check. 

​

Educators need to have a basic knowlege of archaeology, paleontology, and science. 

Contract opportunities:

​

Educators will be offered paid opportunities to teach during museum-advertised events and scheduled programs.

 

These opportunities include but are not limited to school tours, birthday parties, camps, promotional events, and more!

Generate your own income:

Bring in your own groups to provide educational programs.

​

A great opportunity for homeschool leaders, or part-time educators. 

 

Advertise your own services and provide MAPS a service fee for using museum location and resources.
